What is the ultimate challenge these days? The
ultimate challenge is to make your mind calm. And the ultimate solution is
meditation. For a student, there can't be a more powerful technique to improve
long term performance in studies than meditation.
Calm mind, better retention, better health, focus and
concentration are the obvious benefits. When you practice meditation, you have
a sense of well being, happiness and spiritual growth.
There are many types of meditation. The simplest is of
course, focussing on breathing. Settle down in a cool place that has dim light
and relatively quiet. All you need to do is to keep focussing on breathing. If
you do it everyday, you will feel its magical effect.

If India wants to be a developed country, it must
concentrate on female education. The old African proverb says 'If you educate a

entire family or entire nation. The root cause of all the problems like female
infanticide, dowry, female suicide, domestic violence, malnutrition, child
marriage etc. will be vanished if women are educated. Education provides an
essential qualification to fulfil certain economic, political and cultural functions
and improves women's socio-economic status. It brings reduction in inequality.
If we want to uplift the society, we should improve the life standard of our

There are some benefits of solar energy. First of all,
use of solar energy is good for our environment. Solar panels do not emit
harmful greenhouse gases that cause global warming. Solar panels require very
little maintenance because there are no moving parts. They are easy to install.
Their efficiency remained constant over the years. Our government offers
several benefits like subsidy, tax benefits and other incentives to those
people who install solar panels. One another benefit is that the solar energy system
can be used in the remote areas also. Because of its inexhaustible supply and
the potential to reduce our power bills, it is expected to become increasingly
attractive as a renewable energy source.
